Short Menu's new Link Editor
#1 UTM Parameters
UTM Parameters allow you to track details about your web traffic (e.g. campaigns), which then appear in your website analytics. Short Menu will do the heavy lifting and make sure your links are properly formatted – you just provide the parameters you want to add.
#2 Social Media Thumbnails
Change the Social Media Thumbnail of your short links by uploading a custom image, and optionally providing a title and description of your own. This is great when sharing links to websites you don't control, tailoring thumbnails to campaigns, or when linking to media resources that normally can't have thumbnails, like a PDF file.
#3 iOS + Android Redirects
Mobile Redirects let you send users to different URLs based on their device – perfect for driving app downloads. Create a single link for both the iOS App Store and Google Play, then generate a QR Code in Short Menu. No more separate QR Codes or download pages needed.
#4 Regional Redirects
Boost your impact with regional redirects! Whether it’s guiding users to localized content, tailoring marketing campaigns, or optimizing e-commerce with region-specific pages, this feature helps deliver the right message to the right audience, every time.

Our New Short Menu + Amazon Short Link Domains
You asked, we delivered. Here's two new free domains available to everyone:
- shm.to: We made Short Menu … even shorter! shm.to is Short Menu's new default domain, our sleekest domain yet.
- amazn.so: Are you sharing Amazon links and want to increase your click-through-rate? This new domain lets your audience know exactly where they'll be taken.
In Case You Missed It…
Here are some updates we didn’t make big announcements about and you might have missed:
- Google Short Link Import: Google will shut down all goo.gl links soon. You can now import yours into Short Menu for free.
- Airtable Extension: Create links directly inside of Airtable. This makes it super easy to create links in bulk, up to 1.000 at a time.
- Zapier Plugin: Connect Short Menu to Zapier to supercharge your automations.
- Make.com Plugin: Did someone say automation? We got you.
